Who we are
We are the Parent Carer Forum for Leicestershire.
An inclusive, representative group to support and empower Leicestershire parents, carers with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities;
Working together to ensure they are at the centre of planning, decision making, and monitoring of local services so that they improve, and enhance the experience and life opportunities of our SEND families.
This year has demonstrated the critical role that the Leicestershire SEND Hub plays in influencing local SEND provision. Through our active and ongoing engagement across education, health, and social care, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that the voices of families and children remain central to policy and practice development. We remain committed to challenging systems, co-producing solutions, and fostering collaborative relationships that lead to real, sustainable change.
